Enterprise Licensing

Frequently Asked Questions.

How does licensing work?

Per-user annual contracts with upfront billing. Licenses are device-bound to your registered organization, with up to 5 registered devices per licensed user.

How do users access the content?

Users log in through a Vitrium-powered web viewer — no software installation required. Content is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

Who manages the licenses?

Your designated admin gets centralized user management to add or remove users, monitor license usage, and oversee deployment across departments or territories.

Are updates and new titles included?

Yes. Every user always sees the most current version of every title. Any new titles published during your contract period are automatically included in your license.

What's the minimum commitment?

Our Departmental tier covers 50–500 users at $300/user/year. Teams under 50 can purchase individual copies at dontmissabeat.store.

How is the content protected?

Content is delivered through a DRM-protected viewer. Offline download and PDF export are not available, keeping access license-bound to your registered organization.

Are pages watermarked per user?

Yes. Every viewer's identity is watermarked into every page through the DRM platform. Combined with the license-bound web viewer (no offline download or PDF export), this gives you per-user accountability for content access.

Where is the platform hosted?

The DMAB Enterprise portal is delivered through Vitrium Security Enterprise on Microsoft Azure Cloud. There is no on-prem footprint required on your side — your users access the library through any modern web browser.

Can individuals buy a single book?

Yes — for teams under 50 users, or anyone who wants a single title, individual copies are available at dontmissabeat.store.

How do you handle invoicing and payment?

Annual contract with upfront billing. We accept ACH, wire, and standard enterprise procurement workflows.
